CSA Certified

"CSA" Certified to Rewind/Re-certify Explosion-Proof Electric Motors up to 4,160 VAC

Lawrcon Electric's facility is qualified to repair and/or rebuild electric motors and generators rated 3500 hp max and 4160V max for use in:

  1. Class I, Groups C and D;
  2. Class II, Groups E, F and G;
  3. Class III; Division 1 and/or 2, hazardous locations.

The Lawrcon motor rebuild shop has participated in an intensive, certification program designed by SKF, the world's largest producer of roller bearings. A direct outgrowth of the global SKF Trouble-Free Operation (TFO) program, SKF certification focuses on the four key factors that influence bearing life; product quality, enviroment, installation and maintenance. To receive certification, every employee involved in electric motor bearing work has participated in an in-depth training program and passed a test at the conclusion of each session.
